SHIPPING AND RETURNS

Shipping to anywhere in the United States, United States minor islands, and territories have a flat-rate fee of $6.99 on orders under $49.99, with free shipping on orders of $49.99 or more. Shipping method is USPS First Class Shipping with tracking. Pre-made package(s) are mailed 1-2 business days of cleared payment. For custom orders, please contact us for an estimated date of project completion and shipping.

We do not accept returns for any reason other than damaged, defective, or broken items upon delivery. If any of your items are damaged, defective, or broken upon delivery, you must contact us within 48 hours of the date and time of delivery announced on your tracking number. Pictures must be provided to us within the same time frame to qualify for returns. We will pay for return shipping on damaged, defective, or broken products. Make sure to double-check your items before placing your order to ensure that you what you are ordering is what you want, including colors, sizes, and any other details. Returns for damaged, defective, or broken items will be replaced with an exact duplicate when possible. If we no longer carry your item(s), we will provide store credit or a full refund.

Returns are typically processed within 3 business days of us receiving your return(s). If an order consists of more than one item, you may only return the item(s) that are damaged, defective, or broken upon delivery. All other items contained within the package(s) are disqualified from returns.
